Story of Layla Göcek

From a family’s summer home to a boutique sanctuary by the sea.

Hidden between the sea and the mountains, Layla Göcek began not as a hotel — but as a family’s summer home. Built in 2005, it was a quiet coastal escape where days unfolded slowly under the Mediterranean sun.

Over the years, the family planted palm trees and gardens, shaping the land with care and love. By 2015, the palms had grown tall, casting soft shadows over pathways and creating a natural sanctuary. What started as a private retreat gradually turned into a dream to share this feeling with others.

In 2014, the idea of transforming the house into a small boutique hotel was born — not out of ambition, but out of a wish to let people experience the same calm, sunlight, and connection to nature that defined the place from the beginning.

Today, Layla Göcek still carries the soul of its origins: a home turned haven, surrounded by palms, silence, and sea breeze — designed for those who value authenticity, simplicity, and quiet beauty.
